3. We establish if you would like a build and deliver option or a turn key solution.
4. We will draw up preliminary plans with an quote based on your thoughts and site.
5. Confirm specifications, so you know exactly what your getting
6. Contract signed by both parties, ready for permits.
7. Deposit paid and build schedule agreed.
8. We submit permit plans to council.
9. We take care of the council consent process.
10. You choose your colour’s and design specifications.
11. You visit our local partners to design your kitchen & choose your floor coverings.
12. We build and complete your home in our yard. Your home will leave our yard with a building consent issued from Tauranga City Council.
13. We then transport your home to your site ready for connection to the local services
14. We can complete all onsite work and connections ready for your local council
15. We finalise the onsite consent and your done.
